据Padre Garcia镇警方报告，死者与一名女子大约在早上9点15分左右在Brgy. San Felipe的El Cuerpo Motorist Lodge（摩铁）开房，但只过了几分钟该名老爷爷就出现无法呼吸的状态，该名女子便急忙向摩铁求救。

很快地摩铁服务人员便马上将老爷爷送往当地医院治疗，但没想到一小时后便不治身亡。
