7月20日，越南岘港市警察局刑警处以盗窃价值约30亿越南盾财产的罪名，扣押了两名中国籍男子。

7月16日下午，Chen Xiao Lie指使Wang Bai Qiang闯入Chen Ji的公寓，先是偷走保险箱，然后将保险箱带到空地，用撬棍撬开，获得1.1万美元、7亿越盾及价值约50万元人民币的2块手表，总价值约30亿。
